The motel is a smokefree complex. Smoking is permitted outside but please respect the rights of other guests. If anyone smokes in a unit it will be necessary to undertake extra cleaning and the guest will be charged for this and any loss of income.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are accepted only with a valid credit card number and expiry date. Your credit card details are for confirmation of your booking only. You may pay on arrival or departure. A deposit may be required for other payment methods.
Our cancellation policy is a full refund of any deposit if a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the day of expected arrival. Any bookings cancelled later than this may risk losing a deposit or having one night's accommodation debited to the credit card.
Changes to Reservation
Any change to a reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. An extension to a stay is subject to room availability. Early departure may result in the full period being charged unless the room can be relet.
