Deluxe Studios
Super king-size bed, can be 2 singles. electric blankets, air-conditioned, heated floors, large LCD TV, 5 Sky channels, kitchen facilities. Private outdoor living.

Superior Studio
King-size or Queen size bed, (queen-size bed in access unit), double bed settee (sleeps 1-4). Some Kitchen facilities. One unit has outdoor living, one unit has a spa bath, one unit is an access unit for disabled guests, with outdoor living.
$150 full peak season rates, 1-2 persons.
Executive Unit
Very spacious private studio with a super king-size bed and a full lounge suite (sleeps 1-4). Large spa bath. Quiet private. Fabulous views.
$180 full peak season rates, 1-2 persons.
One-bedroom units
One unit has a queen-size bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the lounge (sleeps 1-5). One unit has 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other (sleeps 1-4).
$170 full peak season rates, 1-2 persons.

Policies
Credit Card details are required to confirm all reservations. Details are held on file and nothing charged until you arrive or depart.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the expected day of arrival will incur no penalty. Any bookings cancelled later than that will have one night's accommodation debited to the credit card.
Payment on arrival is preffered. Payment is by Credit Card, Eftpos or Cash.
Changes to a reservation will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. An extension to a stay is subject to room availability. Early departure will result in the full period being charged unless the room can be re let.
Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival until 7pm.
Check out is prior to 10am on the day of departure. Any variation to these times should be discussed with management in advance.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If a guest does smoke they will be charged cleaning and loss of income charged.
Visitors are welcome but must depart by 11pm.
By recieving a booking confimation, and signing a registration form at check in, a guest agrees to not down load illegal material from the internet.
